Q: WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
A: We're looking for: designers, medical professionals, artists, organizations, performers, community leaders, educators, and ANYONE who wants to help spark a more conscious discussion about end-of-life.
To be eligible you must either have a) significant experience hosting and producing live experiences and/or b) deep interest in the end-of-life topic.
Q: WHAT KIND OF EVENTS OR EXPERIENCES ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?
A: Anything goes! Death can be a challenging topic. Our main request is that contributors curate an event or experience that is sensitive to others. Events can range from art shows, educational lectures, curated conversations, performances, movies, games, book clubs, cultural ceremonies, etc. These can be hosted in all types of spaces, including concert venues, community centers, art galleries, or even your home!
Q: WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
A: We return to San Francisco from April 16 - 22, 2018. We launch in New York City on Oct 28 - Nov 3. We're set to launch in Cleveland in 2019. We're actively looking for collaborators, program partners, and event hosts for all three cities, and we'd love to learn more about your vision.
